For buyers from EU countries, the indicated prices are to be understood as gross prices. Shipping costs will be charged separately and shown separately in this invoice.

For customers outside the EU, the prices quoted are net prices. This means that the online shop ZIMZONOWICZ as the seller is responsible for no customs duty or VAT levied by the government of recipient countries on imported goods.

 
SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS

1. Shipping methods in the territory of EU countries:

  • GLOBAL - post / original 30 USD
  • GLOBAL - post / comics 11 USD

2. ZIMZONOWICZ delivers within the EU states and globally.
3. Shipping costs are available in the order form in the comment field "Shipping and Payment".
4. Shipping costs are paid by the customer. The customer carries a shipping fee, which may depend on the order value and the place of delivery.
5. The delivery is always within two weeks from the moment of receipt of payment for the order. Delivery dates and delivery times are only binding if they are confirmed by ZIMZONOWICZ expressly and in writing as such.

  • The approximate delivery time in the territory of Poland: 2 - 3 working days.
  • The approximate delivery time in the area of ​​other EU states and globally.: 7-20 working days.
  • The approximate time of the order receipt = the realization time + delivery time.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND COMPLAINT

1. Withdrawal

The customer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days from the moment of receipt of the order without stating a reason.
The customer must send the written declaration of revocation together with the undamaged goods and the receipt of payment (the invoice) to the registered office: ZIMZONOWICZ Łukasz Samsonowicz, Wrocławska Street 37, 68-300 Lubsko [Poland]. The return is only possible if the goods were undamaged by the customer. The return costs are paid by the customer.

2. Consequences of the cancellation

2.1. If you revoke the purchase agreement, we have selected all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer have to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees.

2.2. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

2.3. Excluded from the right of withdrawal are:

  • Supply contracts for goods that ZIMZONOWICZ custom-made for the customer and that are tailored to the personal needs of the customer. Particularly affected here are products that contain content that the customer has created himself, for example: original images on individual order.
  • Supply contracts of perishable goods or goods that are not suitable for return.

 

Claim

1. If the customer is able to prove defects in the delivered goods, ZIMZONOWICZ will either rectify the defects or provide a replacement within a reasonable period of time. If the replacement or remedy of defects is not possible, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase or reduce the purchase price.
2. The warranty period is two years from the delivery of the goods. If the customer is an entrepreneur, the limitation period is one year.
3. The complaint should be made by means of a declaration describing the defects of the goods. The customer must send the written declaration of defects together with the goods and the receipt of payment (the invoice) to the online shop ZIMZONOWICZ. Also, any accessories must be returned.
4. The online shop ZIMZONOWICZ considers the complaint and gives the answer in writing by post or by electronic means (e-mail) immediately or within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the complaint.
5. If ZIMZONOWICZ accepts the complaint, the corrected invoice will be issued and sent to the customer. After the return of the signed corrected invoice from the customer, the customer will be refunded the purchase price or offered a replacement. The customer will be refunded the amount stated in the invoice. The online shop ZIMZONOWICZ pays the transport costs of the complaint goods for both sides.
6. If a return is due to quality defects, ZIMZONOWICZ will assume the postage costs incurred.
7. In the case of canvas prints, art prints, graphics, pictures, etc., slight deviations in color from patterns, in the format and in the paper, fabric and surface quality can not be completely avoided in terms of manufacturing or printing technology. The online shop ZIMZONOWICZ therefore accepts no responsibility for minor deviations in the color of the products. Such deviations do not justify a complaint.
